The AI workspace for service businesses
Bookings, payments, staff, and reports in one modular system that runs your daily operations.
Maria’s Front-desk workspace — 5 of 18 modules; the rest don’t exist for her.
You already have software. That’s the problem.
A booking app, a POS, a spreadsheet for shifts, a group chat for everything else. None of them talk to each other — so you’re the integration.
Structa replaces the pile with one modular system — eighteen modules, one login per person.
Every person signs in to their own workspace
You turn modules on for the business; each person’s role decides what they see. That’s their whole workspace — their tools and nothing else.
- Zero training by design
A new hire signs in and the screen is their job — no menus to memorize, no settings to break, nothing sensitive to stumble into.
This is what a shift looks like
Not a concept video — the same screens your team works in, with sample data.
90 seconds of the live app, unedited: Maria seats the 13:00 party, the kitchen plates a dish, and the assistant closes table 4 with Alex’s confirmation.
Recreated from the real product, screen for screen — sample data, nothing the app doesn’t do.
Eighteen modules. Enable the ones you run.
Each does one job well and shares its records with the rest — so nothing gets typed twice.
Built for the floor, the front desk, and the back office
The same modules combine differently for every business. Start with the set you need today; add or drop as the operation changes.

An assistant that knows today’s numbers
The AI Assistant reads the same live data your team works in — today’s bookings, revenue, open orders, low stock — scoped to your business and to the signed-in person’s role.
- Grounded, not generic
It answers from your operation’s actual state, not the internet. If a module is off or a role can’t see it, neither can the assistant.
- It acts, you confirm
It can create a booking, take a payment, or close an order. Each action requires your explicit confirmation before it runs.
Security, stated plainly
No badges we haven’t earned and no vague promises. This is what protects your data today.
Pay for what you turn on
A flat Structa Core base, then each module its own price — turn any on or off anytime, capped at $149 for every standard module. Start with a 14-day free trial — nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then.
Questions, answered
Can other businesses see my data?
No. Each business’s data is isolated in the database with Postgres row-level security, and access inside your business follows roles.
What do I need to run it?
A browser. Structa runs on the devices you already own — the front-desk computer, a tablet on the floor, a screen in the kitchen. Nothing to install.
Can I keep my card machine?
Yes. During beta, Structa records payments (cash or card) for your books and reports — it doesn’t process cards. You keep your current terminal and your current rates.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — full export on request, free, within two business days, including after you cancel. And if we ever wound the beta down, you’d get at least 60 days’ notice and an export window first.
How much does it cost?
A flat $19/month Structa Core base per business location, then each module you turn on adds its price — from $5 to $15/mo — capped at $149/month for all standard modules. The one exception is the AI Receptionist: it answers real phone calls, so it's a premium add-on billed on top (+$99/mo). Unlimited staff accounts are in the base. Founding businesses keep their launch price for their first 12 months; if pricing changes later, we give at least 60 days’ notice. Billed monthly via Stripe; cancel anytime.
I’m Arsen Akopian, and Structa is my full-time work. I’m building it with a small group of pilot businesses and an AI engineering partner, shipping every week — the changelog is public. There’s no sales team and no ticket queue here: when you write to support@structainc.com, you’re writing to me.
